Lian Dolan is a writer and talker. She’s the USA Today bestselling author of Abigail and Alexa Save the Wedding, The Marriage Sabbatical and four other novels:  The Sweeney Sisters, Lost and Found in Paris, Helen of Pasadena and Elizabeth the First Wife.

For more than two decades, she co-hosted  Satellite Sisters, a top-rated podcast for women that she created with her four real sisters. She’s spoken to dozens of  women’s organizations, at literary and business events, for library lectures and at book clubs across the country.

Lian is a popular and accomplished speaker, using humor, warmth and heart to address issues important to contemporary women, from friendship to loss to love. She has been a featured speaker at many events including the LA Times Festival of Books, Santa Barbara Celebrity Author Luncheon, the Bryant Park Readers Series in New York City and  the Library Foundation of Los Angeles Literary Feasts fundraiser. She’s listed dozens of independent bookstores, women’s organizations and club from coast to coast. She has also been on faculty at the Erma Bombeck Writing Workshop. Her support of libraries includes talks from Wilsonville, Oregon to Carmel, Indiana, to Southport, Connecticut.
